4. How do I install my new lighting or chandelier?

Each Vibenesthome product includes detailed installation instructions.
For larger or more complex lighting fixtures, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure proper installation and safety.


5. Are your products UL listed?

Yes. All Vibenesthome lighting products comply with UL safety standards, ensuring reliable performance and safe use.


6. How can I cancel or modify an order?

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

  • Standard (non-custom) orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a processing or handling fee.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to return an eligible non-custom item after delivery, please contact us to initiate a return.
